Our clinic at Diakenhuisweg 13 in Haarlem is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. Opposite the building, several bus lines stop and next to the building is NS station Haarlem-Spaarnwoude.

Parking & entrance

Parking at the clinic is free. The entrance is accessible near the main entrance by an inclined ramp. Just ring the bell at the barrier and we will open for you.
FYEO is located on the 6th floor of the building and can be reached by both stairs and elevator. You are most welcome.

Treatment process Haarlem

At this location you can go for preliminary examinations and check-ups so that most contact moments are comfortably close to home. If you qualify for treatment, it will take place at our other clinic in Amsterdam. Both laser eye surgery and lens implantation treatments are performed in Amsterdam.

After doing an extensive preliminary examination in Haarlem, we discuss with you what the best suitable treatment is. Always with the goal of achieving the best result.
