Can you wear false eyelashes during your treatment?

During the operation, the eyes are covered with a patch. Moisture can cause this patch to come loose, which may result in false eyelashes detaching or getting damaged. If the eyelashes interfere with the surgical process, the doctor may even need to remove them. Additionally, false eyelashes are not made of natural material. Dirt or glue may remain, increasing the risk of infections in the surgical area.

In short: we strongly advise removing them beforehand to prevent damage and infection risks.
