Payment and cancellation policy

Do you have a procedure planned at FYEO or are you considering one? That’s great. Together with our team, we take great care in preparing your procedure. There are therefore several rules you must follow when making a deposit, a payment, cancelling or postponing your procedure. We explain them below.

Making a deposit

  • At least 14 days before your planned procedure, you have paid a minimum 50% of the total invoice.
  • At least 7 days before your planned procedure, you have paid the total invoice.
  • If we do not receive full payment on time, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your procedure.
  • Do you want to schedule a new procedure for a later date? You can only do so once you have paid the due amount in full.

Making a payment

You can pay your invoice in the following ways:

  • You simply pay the invoice in full via iDEAL. A payment link will be sent to you by email.
  • You pay the invoice in full or in instalments by bank transfer, stating your client number and invoice number. You will find the account number on your invoice.
  • You pay the invoice in cash or by card in the FYEO clinic where your procedure will take place (Eersel, Arnhem or Amsterdam-Boelelaan).
  • You spread your payments. To do this, you arrange a loan with Lender&Spender. More information is available at fyeo.nl.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by credit card.

Postponing

  • Up to 14 days before the procedure, you may postpone your appointment once only.
  • If you postpone your appointment within the 14-day period, you will need to pay € 495.
  • You will pay the same amount if you postpone your appointment for a second (or subsequent) time.

Cancelling

  • If you cancel your appointment within 14 days of your appointment, you will need to pay 50% of the total invoice for your procedure.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 7 days of your appointment, you will need to pay 100% of the total invoice for your treatment.
  • Do you want to schedule a new procedure at a later date? You can only do so once you have paid for the new procedure in full, as well as any cancellation fees.

We hope that we have explained these rules clearly. Any further questions? Please feel free to contact us. You will find our contact details at fyeo.nl/contact.
