House rules in all FYEO clinics
To ensure the privacy and safety of our clients, attendants and visitors, a number of rules apply in our clinics.
Respect
You can expect us to do our utmost to help you as quickly and as well as possible. In turn, we expect you to behave respectfully towards us.
Verbal or physical violence, discrimination and other undesirable behavior are not accepted. Physical violence and serious threats will be reported to the police.
Liability
Leave valuables at home. FYEO cannot be held liable for missing, lost or damaged personal belongings.
Smoking
There is a smoking ban in our clinics. Smoking is allowed outside. This smoking policy also applies to the electronic cigarette.
Mobile telephony
We would appreciate it if you would limit the use of your mobile phone as much as possible in the clinic. We kindly request that you switch off your phone or activate the vibrate/silent function and, if you must use the phone, do not talk too loudly. You may not use the phone in the examination rooms and you may not bring a mobile phone into the treatment rooms.
Animals
With the exception of assistance dogs, animals are not allowed in our clinic.
Media code of conduct at FYEO
Do you want to make video and/or audio recordings, or interview someone in our clinic? We are happy to think along with you. It is important to know that we want a safe environment in the context of good client care. This also includes guaranteeing the privacy of our clients, visitors and employees as much as possible. For this purpose, we have drawn up the media code of conduct below. These rules apply to everyone. The starting point is the applicable laws and regulations regarding portrait rights, copyright and privacy legislation. Making video and audio recordings and recording conversations with mobile phones is permitted, provided that the following rules are observed:
- In order to film, photograph or make sound recordings and share them with others, prior written permission must be requested.
- Do you want to share a photo, film or sound fragment via social media? Always make sure that no other people are visible or audible in the background.
- In addition, everyone who appears in the photo, film or audio fragment must also give his/her permission.
- The use of hidden cameras is not permitted in our clinics.
Finally
We believe it is important to treat people as we would like to be treated. We hope that you will do the same. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions for improvement, we would like to hear from you.
