We continuously monitor our quality
We strive for the very best quality. This is in our people’s DNA and is also reflected in our treatment techniques and work processes. We hope that you will also notice this FYEO quality when you come to us for an eye laser- or lens implant treatment. Do you notice something that could be improved? Let us know.
Quality marks
Our quality is measured and tested via quality marks. We are a ZKN-certified clinic (Zelfstandige Klinieken Nederland) and our ophthalmologists have a BIG registration. They are also all members of the NOG (Dutch Ophthalmological Society). These quality marks are your guarantee that the quality of our doctors and techniques used is in order. You can read this in our quality guarantee.
Satisfied clients
We think it is important to hear what you as a client think of us. That is why we conduct a customer satisfaction survey a few months after your treatment. In this survey we ask you questions about your experiences with us. And of course about the results of your treatment. We use your answers to improve our care. In 2023, our clients gave us an average grade of 8.4.
We also use the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This score shows how many people recommend FYEO to friends and family. Our NPS is +53.4. View all results here . We also receive good ratings on review sites. For example, on Zorgkaart Nederland (2023: 9.3) and Trustpilot (4.5 / 5 stars).
This is what our clients say
Keep learning and improving
We set the bar high for ourselves. We work according to fixed protocols in which we continuously evaluate the quality of our work. Do you still have a complaint? Then we do everything we can to find a solution together. We see every complaint as an opportunity to further improve our care.
We also periodically perform internal and external audits. These result in improvement actions that we immediately implement. This is how we guarantee that high FYEO quality. However, something can happen that is not intended. That is why it is important that you report incidents or complications to us. We then look specifically at the cause to improve the quality and safety of our care. You can find our safety policy here.
