FYEO enters into strategic partnership with EuroEyes
EuroEyes is a leading international specialist in refractive surgery, with more than 30 years of experience in laser eye surgery and lens implantation treatments for sharp vision without glasses or contact lenses.
By joining EuroEyes’ global platform, FYEO combines its market leadership in Dutch refractive surgery with EuroEyes’ internationally renowned ophthalmic offering.
The current majority shareholder, Committed Capital, is transferring its stake to EuroEyes following a very successful partnership with FYEO since June 2018. Under the guidance of Committed Capital, FYEO has successfully implemented a strong organic growth strategy, bolstered by two targeted acquisitions. As a result, FYEO has evolved from a local specialist clinic into a national leader.
The transaction marks a new phase in FYEO’s development. This transition ensures the continuity and quality of our care for both clients and healthcare professionals in the Netherlands. FYEO will continue to operate independently in the Netherlands with its existing teams, doctors, and locations. By joining EuroEyes, FYEO gains access to the international network, expertise, and innovative power of the broader group.

The transaction is subject to the completion of the consultation process with the works council and approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
