What if I rub my eyes after laser eye surgery?

You may not rub your eyes for two weeks after laser eye surgery. For hygiene, healing, wrinkling and the bandage lens.

With the Lasek and TransPRK treatment you get a bandage lens in your eyes. By accidentally rubbing your eyes you could move it. This lens is removed after 5 days.
