Complaints

FYEO believes it is important that your treatment is carried out to your satisfaction. However, it may happen that you are not fully satisfied for whatever reason. This can range from a point for improvement to even a complaint. In such cases, you can use our internal complaints procedure.

If you have a complaint about the treatment or the result at FYEO, you can contact the complaints officer. To do this, write an email to nazorg@fyeo.nl , fill in your name and address details and describe your complaint. You can also call us on 0497 360 860.

The FYEO complaints officer will contact you personally for an introductory meeting. During this meeting, the progress of the complaint handling will be discussed with you. After this meeting, you will receive a confirmation of registration of your complaint.

The complaints officer will start an investigation and will talk to your treatment team. According to the law, FYEO is obliged to inform you of a solution within 6 weeks. If there is a follow-up treatment, the complaint file will be paused. You will be informed of this in writing. During this entire period, the complaints officer is your direct contact person and you can contact him or her with all your questions.

Once the investigation is completed, the complaints officer will contact you again to discuss the solution with you or to explain any follow-up treatment. Are you satisfied with FYEO's solution? Then your complaint file will be closed.

If you are still not satisfied with how the complaint was handled, there is also the possibility of using an independent external complaints officer. If this does not come to a solution, there is a dispute and you can contact the Disputes Committee for Independent Clinics. FYEO is affiliated with a recognized disputes committee.
